I have lost items, knowledge points and skills, and all sorcery progress (as of I never started sorcery). I’d like it rolled back to before I lost everything.
I attempted to log out, it crashed, and when I signed back in, I lost everything aforementioned. This isn’t the first time.

This exactly happened to me too, and the funny part is, that i cant re-learn sorcery, i also had to re-learn my map room, but in my case it was a cheater who did it.
He started with loot all my inventory while i was online, i mean he just made me naked, and then my game lagged for 1-2 sec, and i had lost all knowledge, and i cant emote, or learn new sorcery.
I can still use the staff, but i cant craft any bags, its so weird. Also i can fly with the bat, but i cant ressurect my corpse.

Single player.
I realized yesterday that in addition to all of the things I’d lost, as mentioned above, I have also lost the knowledge recipe (like purple lotus orb) which I’d gained via Journeys. Can someone at Funcom assist restore whats been lost by my character?
I am playing Single-Player on PS5
Funcom cannot restore anything that is single player/co-op. The save data for that is local to your console and not accessible.
did they ever fix this? i hav this happen to me today
No, they are useless tbh, they do nothing to prevent this at all, they dont even update their anti-cheat or anything regarding blatant hackers in this game.
Change game, its the best option.
I’m currently playing this on ps5 and just experienced the same issue
Cela m’est arrivé aussi à plusieurs reprises depuis l’arrivée de l’age de la sorcellerie. Tous les plans obtenus dans les donjons ou evenements. Rien n’a été corrigé depuis. Je viens de recommencer avec la mise à jour mais sans prendre la sorcellerie ni la creation de golem. J’ai eu des crashs de deconnections mais sans pertes de savoirs. Juste une perte d’esclave en sortant de klael. Sherpa disparu. Rempli de materiels bien sûr. Grosse perte. Je conseille aussi de jouer en filaire et non avec le wifi. J’espère quand même que Funcom regle cela rapidement car le jeu n’est pas complet pour moi.
