I’m having a problem when I go out of game. It takes forever for Conan to stop running. I realize it is downloading what you have built or contributed to, and that always happens when you exit the game. But lately it goes on and on and won’t close until I go to Library and manually close it. Anyone else having that problem, and does anyone know the fix for it? Thanks! ![]()
This has been worse for quite a while there are a couple of threads regarding this issue.
Thanks for the insight! It’s good to know. I’m sure they will address it. I’ve checked about everything there is to check in the game, with no results, so we will see.
I have left it to close itself and an hour later it is still running despite steam saying it is closed, I always close it via task manager now, it is something either with the game or steam is difficult to tell.
I think I found my problem. I have a mod that includes an extension of the map and built a small castle there. I removed the castle and now my game closes when I exit as it did before. At least, that worked for me. I hope this may help someone else. ![]()
That’s great at least you found your issue
It would be good if you could name the mod so that the mod creator can check it out. For example, I don’t have any mods like that and had the same problem until today. For some reason, after installing the Cookies Immersive Armour mod update, the exe file closed again. But I still don’t know what the real cause is. GPortal also moved my server at the beginning of September. But now it wont close again. Its a miracle…
It would be very helpful if you could mark an area or name the mod that uses part of the undeveloped map. For administrative and testing purposes, I have also placed some things outside the map so that players cannot see them. (There have been no problems so far.) It would be great if you could name the mod or the area. (There are certainly many players who build things outside the map.)
Thank you very much.
