Game wont launch, failing to find DirectX 12

Game application says DirectX 12 is missing, but it is installed on my PC. After tons of troubleshooting (updating drivers, updating bios, resintalling windows, reinstalling Conan Exiles game applicaiton, reinstalling C++ redistributrables, and reinstalling DirectX 12) i suspect there are issues with the game files downloading from steam. I dont think they are setting up directx inside the Conan folder properly, but I am not sure what to look for there.

Bug Reproduction:

Click launch from Funcom Launcher, game throws error and never loads

I was able to resolve the issue. I don’t think it was an issue with missing files in Conan, but issues with the Windows version causing the DirectX files to fail installation. I was running Windows Pro N, and switched to Windows Pro, and now I am no longer experiencing the issue. Hope this helps anyone with a similar issue.
