I can confirm this issue appear both on Official Servers and Private Servers. Its spotty at best when you can log in. I can log in my private servers periodically and not most of the time. This just happened on the most part tonight, although did have 1 error message earlier in the week but since it only happened once, I did not pay any thought to it.
I mainly got to log in at times if the game rebooted.
This is all I can report at this time, beyond Gportal response.
