Ghast Axe weapon randomly lost all durability and is unable to be repaired. It was left in my vault and when i checked it, broken. Never used it before.

We’re already aware of this issue and our developers are looking into it, however, do note that it only affects old items that existed before the update, not newly acquired ones.
