Strangely Familiar Axe with 0.5 Durability can't be repaired with Legendary Repair Kit

I have a Strangely Familiar Axe that isn’t broken yet but is close. It currently has 0.5 durability, and my thrall is using it just fine. Here is a picture of the item in my inventory:

Here is the durability:

However, when I try to use a Legendary Repair Kit on it, I get the following message:

The item is still working since the thrall is using it, however, the game refuses to repair it. Also, I can equip it as well, but I don’t dare use it since I know it will break.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Attempt to repair an item that has 0.5 durability.
