In real life animals’s eyes glow in the darkness of the night 
Please make that happen!
The eyes reflect light, so this would only happen if you pointed a light source towards the animal.
I guess you could add some effect if you’re close and holding a torch.
They did add the effect in game now You can see wolves with glowing eyes at night without any light source
