Well it’s hasn’t been that long of a ride… about 2 months… but it looks like Conan just killed my PS4. I’m still trying to work with it but for now the PlayStation is shot.

I highly doubt Conan had anything to do with your console dying.

You might be right… but seeing that Conan was what I was trying to play when it started going crazy… that’s all I have to go on.

The real kicker is you already said you wouldn’t hold them responsible if it did fry your rig. Read the EULA, it’s an eye opener.

So…what you’re saying is, you doubt Conan killed my console but then direct me to the User Agreements…makes sense
It’s like “I don’t want to say it’s aliens, but…” I doubt seriously it did, but if it did…
Now I got out of console when a PS3 cost as much as a Dell, so all I know is what I read here, and it seem Conan doesn’t play well on either the 
or PS.
I feel for ya, I have a stack of PC console ports that play for 
Really wish i could help because, after all, consoles are a big market. Like to see Conan do well for all our sakes.

First its a fridge x and its run good on the series x at the moment in siptha the new lands the 2 islands have a problem the rest working and the exil lands too .

Conan is making the ps4 very hot…
If I start Conan after 2 minutes the fans go to 100% or maybe 200% 
Don’t have this with other games. For example red dead redemption, GTA or no men’s sky.
I am not really noticing the fan. But when I am playing Conan I hear it even with headphones.
Conan is doing this even if not moving at singleplayer.
Don’t know where you are from but if it’s summertime for you and hot, I can imagine that your Playstation has died.
Sorry for that. But just a tip for every console or pc… Clean it every 6 month inside. That helps!

I understand…I’m just a little pissy this morning. This game has been my PTSD crutch for the past couple months…and making an investment for another console or a PC just wasn’t in my plans or budget.
Well I’ll find a way to make it back…just a bit irritated right now…didn’t mean to be a d*ck

Time for a PS5, @UncleWillie56 . You’ll love it. I know it wasn’t in your plans, but it will last you some good 7 years give or take. If you divide that number for what you pay, you’ll see it’s not that much. No other form of sophisticated entertainment comes that cheap, if you think about it. Now it’s easy getting one, so we expect you back conquering the lands really soon!

And it’s a totally different play when you do the switch. What used to be measured in minutes will be measured in seconds as far as load times. If you calculate how much of your gaming time was spent waiting for the load per year and multiply that by you hourly rate, you recognize the return of investment fairly quickly

Try getting a professional clean on your ps4. That stopped my fan overload.

Complain directly to sony is my advice.
if the game is frying PS4’s it should be pulled for user safety, it really is their fault for the quality control of what they allow on their platform…

Well it wasn’t the cat or dog hair…it was the dead skin cells…dust. The old PS4 needed a good cleaning. It is time to upgrade though…now that I have a game I actually enjoy playing. Thanks again everyone… you all are such a great community.

I clean it alone every 4 months. I live in a Greek island and it’s really warm here. Especially when May comes i open it and clean it. It was difficult to find the star screw driver. I have a dust blower, i take it outside to the balcony, hold the fun not to spin and clean it. It has videos on YouTube how to do it alone. The first time is always tricky, but the next ones are piece of cake. Happy you play again @UncleWillie56
