The grand king set is onsale in the bazaar
It shows I own the black and white Grand king pieces
But ONLY THE Black ones show
The WHITE GRAND KING PIECES do NOT APPEAR in my craftable lists.
Any help ?

Yea I also sent an email to funcom a while back asking the same thing. But even tho it is in the shop now. It STILL SAYS I own the white and black game pieces.
Im wondering if anyone has bought this pack

No I dont have the white pieces - and since we get no purchase receipt whatsoever in the bazaar..well..
Same here the bazar says i own the white pieces- but i don´t.
And the whole set is to expensive to buy just in case that unlocks the white pieces via miracle.
(I have no need for the foundations, also the prices of the single items in the set makes no sense at all)
But last time i complained about this here the topic was closed and that was it..
I wouldn´t get my hopes up if i where you.

Any help would be greatly appreciated if possible.
The game says we already own the black and white grand kings game pieces
But the white ones do not appear in our craftable list. We are only able to make the black pieces.
I also sent an email about this in June, when I was trying to find out about the Monolith TTRPG shipping info. That I still have not recieved please help

So they are Unlocked after purchase.
Hopefully they fix this. Or I would have to buy this dlc.
Even tho my game says I already own the white ones I cannot craft them.
Black grand king pieces are craftable.
But not the white.
@Community can some of you guys help @deadlokd to get what is paid for.
As much as i loath discord and recommending it.
I would seriously consider going to their Dune discord page and getting the attention of one of the mods with the issue to draw some attention to it.
Also be sure that you file a bug report in the appropriate forums using their guidelines naming the server and system and what version the game you are on such as siptah or exiles and if you have the latest patch.
no it will not be a good idea for making a report for another game. i will not recomend it at all
agian funcom need to adress people their buy their things ingame or somewhere else this is something their most not go unseen frome their side.
After this forum experienced an invasion of dune players who want their own forum?
Not to mention that there is less than one post per month from FC.
Decide for yourself, but just be aware that you won’t find a solution here.

I ended up buying the chess set before it goes out of the bazaar. And now the white ones are UNLOCKED / craftable
can you craft them now so is it fixed?
