Bug Description:
Bazar Set “Grand King´s Game pieces” is missing the white pieces. Despite the pictures shows all pieces (black and white) , you only get the black ones.
Bug Reproduction:
Can´t buy it twice can´t i? But another player bought it too and confirmed.

Please do not accept a refund if they offer one thinking they are just offering a refund for the inconvenience caused. You will get the refund but also lose the knowledge for this item. A proper refund for returning an item. This guy who replied you is asking you to go on Zendesk to give you the same option so you will accept a refund instead. Don’t do it.
And they’ve also replaced it with another shit stool in the bazaar for 200 coins.
I don´t want i refund, i want access to all the items as advertised and that i paid for.
But thanks for giving me a heads up about how they handle the refunds…
One thing to check… I purchased this in the past and I have all the pieces. What does your Knowledge menu look like when you search for “grand king”?
Might be pointless, but try drinking a potion of natural learning to reset your feats. Oh, and if you’re on SP or your own server, try these commands. I think if you have the account entitlement for the item, its possible it might allow you to learn them/

I am sure, i don´t have the white ones.
I can even spawn them via admin menu or place them in creative.
Don´t know where they messed up but they did.
Maybe the white chess figures are not in the same feat as the black ones? Idk.
Problem is, i don´t want a refund, i want BOTH colors of the figures, as I paid for, so reaching out to Zendesk is pretty much useless.
This need to be fixed from developer side, so all the players that purchased this get what they paid for and what was advertised.
Edit: I tried to learn the feats you wrote down.
I am only allowed to learn feat 9088.
9086 and 9087 i get the message that i don´t own that dlc or something like that.

The bundle in the store was showing the wrong image implying that the bundle will give both the dark and white pieces.
The bundle was only suppose to include the dark pieces with the white pieces coming in a separate bundle later down the line.
We’re removed the bundle from the store rotation until we get this fixed.
