Hairs trying to cut my head off

Hey there , I need help my hairs are trying to take control of my body by cutting my head off of the equation , this bug occurs a lot at the moment

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Log on , notice your hairs are "chopping your head off "
  2. the more " backwind" the easier to reproduce ( with the sandstorm wind it’s 100% going to happen )
  3. putting a piece of armor (chest or helmet) will make the hairs back to normal

Same thing happens with my wife’s character on ps4 maybe it is the hair style. Decapitating instead of captivating. Looks like the same style I see it on my screen as well as her,s.
