Hanging at the entrance and after death

When entering the server with more 10 users online, a long load takes from 10 to 30+ minutes.
Also catching on the download if the character dies. There is a reverse report after death, it stops at 0 and so it costs up to 2-30 minutes.
The problem is not only in a single player problem arose for all server players.
