Just wondering if anybody has had their tickets replied to yet and what # yours was if you did get a reply. Guessing my base is gonna decay before I get a reply at this rate. Great QOL improvements not even being able to log in

4 days now, still can’t log in. No reply to my ticket. Has there been any feedback from funcom about whether or not there is a quick fix coming? I am going to lose everything because they rolled out a buggy update
Have you tried to reinstall the game?
I got a crom coin issue resolved two days ago.
its not me, its the game. Anytime anybody gets near our base it crashes the entire server
Only the automated response. After 24 hours with no response I went ahead and got a refund from steam. My issue was over Crom Coins. I was charged but didn’t get the coins. I’m still debating with myself as to whether I want to try again. Steam responded within a couple of hours with my refund. If only Funcom had that kind of service.
Not sure those tickets would go to the same department.
On a public server?
How do you know when someone comes with in render range of your base it crashes the server?
Has the thought that problem might be your base ever entered you mind?
Now if every time I got close to a base the server crashed I’d be spamming zendesk with ToC violation reports.

If people getting near your base is crashing the server, the issue is your base. That is the way funcom admin will see it when they investigate your ticket. I know it sounds bad but you may just have to let the base decay.
I agree this is how they will see it but it isn’t right, and it isn’t just me. Several other posts have been made with the same issue. Wasn’t an issue until the update. If they fix it then I will get rid of a lot of stuff I don’t need but its very disappointing to just be locked out from playing due to poor implementing of an unnecessary change.
Adjusted my post because I was angry and shouldn’t speak negatively about he company. After so much time invested though it is upsetting
I’m, stepping away from this before I go on a tirade I might regret 
BUGcom is currently preparing to respond to a 2017 error message about an NPC falling through textures. I think they need another 10-12 years for this. Be patient, it’s only 2024!
