Have you received support from the HELPCENTER/SUPPORT for Conan Exiles since June 9th, 2025?

Sorry, I’m not too active on here as of late. I’ve been primarily refreshing my bases so I haven’t played much. No need to submit any tickets, so I haven’t for some time. Looks to me like there hasn’t been much action from Funcom based on others’ responses though. That sucks. It really does start to feel like they’re trying to kill this game. :face_exhaling:

I put in a ticket a month ago for an ID change and haven’t heard back from them. I’m pretty sure Conan is in permanent maintenance mode.

i submitted a ticked over the weekend for a wall that took up four entire grid squares. i then replied to the confirmation email the same day with more pictures and this is the response i got "You have replied to a support ticket that has previously been closed.

If you’re still experiencing the same issue or experiencing any new issues, please contact support here."

Oh, that’s unfortunate. I sent them a request yesterday to change my ID and wondered why it was taking so long, considering a whole day had passed… However, it appears that there may not be a response at all. This is quite disappointing.

UPD. My ID was changed after 2 days (thanks, Dana!). So support works. I used the in-game help function.
