Apologies on the way this is structured, instead of asking for a comment about what type for Yes or No following your answer these seemed like the easiest at the time. Thanks
For clarity, the HELPCENTER/SUPPORT is located here: Conan Exiles — Funcom Technical Support and Help Center and provides various instructional articles on subjects such as how to submit a bug report or request a refund. Funcom uses a third party tool for receiving, managing and resolving tickets, this is called Helpshift and they formerly used Zendesk.
In order to receive support for requesting a refund, dealing with an Official server issue, changing your Funcom ID, Data Privacy Request, etc.,.. you would visit the Contact Us form.
Generally once you submit your Contact Us request it creates a ticket and you will get an automated email that it has been received. This is not a response or a resolution. This poll is asking if your issue was addressed, either positively or negatively.
Poll looks like it’s working fine from what I can see. (Obviously, I haven’t submitted any tickets, so we’ll need to see a response from someone who has to be sure, but it all looks fine.) (Still no response to bug reports for the same period.
i received suppot for official server issue (server crashing or not joinable) but now o support for problem of hack and cheatings when in past it was treated.
In my case I selected the most voted one, (no ticket since june), even though if was the case I wouldnt had done it either, as It would have been a waste of time for me once one is acknowledging much ago that their facts are evidencing 0% interest (imo) in this game.
Totally different thing is investing my time in someone who really deserves, like you.
So for the performance issue, was an email or some other notification sent to you that stated the issue was resolved? Did you have to reply to a person?
The reason I am asking these questions is because, as you know, there has been a trend of automatically closed tickets stating issue is resolved well before all this. Additionally servers can and will reset on their own as is nirmal, sometimes resolving anomolies without intervention.
I’m just trying to get facts and that is the only thing to me that is questionable.
It’s at that point that he can be tricky, as issue where i opened a ticket for a server that crashed and who was not restarting for 7 hours. i have not received an answer or question. But after that the server restarted (and before the hour of the usual daily server restart), i received the usual email of funcom asking to note the support i received (all this happening in an approx 8hours timeframe)
