Has anyone been getting service tickets answered recently and if so when? What was it for? Also if you have put in tickets and havent gotten an answer; when, what, and how long ago? Im talking since last patch. Have you replied to the email that you are suppose to get answered with asking if you are going to get an answer?
We should just report all of our stuff to the dune support team lol. They have answered every dune ticket ive put in.

Tickets on Helpshift have gone unanswered since the second week of June for CE.

Im doing one right now. Maybe if they have to sort through conan and dune ticket they might make someone answer the conan ones lol

Rest in Peace they no longer care about Us. Over the years have been accused of being a Fanboy I’m definitely not @Kronk @Beharion .sewage runs down hill a plumber told me as I was young and I believe we are down hill. Oh he said payday was on Friday doubt that is true anymore.
