Here recently I have put in a support request for some assistance on my account information It’s been now…4days and no response other than then ai system. I’m not used to things taking this long to be taken care of. Has the support for conan exiles community dwindled and focus redirected to the new game??
We have been abandoned ![]()
Their support team may not be limited to specific games, so Conan support and Dune support might be the same people. They could be swamped right now if that is the case.
Let’s not be naive, we’ve been having these problems well before Dune’s release.
I won’t forgo either.
It’s possible on both.
I’ve only just returned myself having been gone for sometime. The reason I had left last time was due to how bad everything broke. The developers that were and had been working on the game, were not taking into consideration the hard work that modders had been doing with the game. It’s like everytime a new release comes out, they end up breaking the modders coding.
While I get that things need to be improved…and apparantly still. I do still see some of the changes and improvements for the better. What I still don’t see are the consistent, glitches or bugs that have still not been fixed and remain persistent still for years now.
It’s like one of those mentalities of seeing something that isn’t breaking the game so they leave it alone. Even these little isignificant things play a part of enjoying the games environment. such as deer or rabbits respawning over each other and not moving..
and all I asked fro one my account in game funcom id change, that’s it.
It’s clear to me there are still some bugs needing fixed. Suich as when you start up the conan launcher instead of showing the game you are intending to play it shows dune being launched instead of conan. That’s a thing between discord and steam. Overall though it is a thing they should look into and have, help or get fixed.
And I’ll be honest, They need to do alot more…to dune for me to be wanting to play it. I’ll stick with conan for now. Though I wish they had dedicated support.
