They do not seem to be using Zendesk anymore. I am not sure why they never made any announcements about it and just left it up to players to figure out on their own…

May each generation choose what’s fitting for them…
It’s really confusing - I had to hunt around and Google just to figure out how to send a report (Official servers down for days), and have still not received a response days later.
