when I try to log on to servers marked as favorites, they don’t show up and I have to reset the favorites server multiple times to get even one to show up. when I check the steam view for the servers, they show up but when I try to connect that way I get ‘Server not Responding’ message.

[Describe the bug here]

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. I am sorry. I have no knowledge of the process in which the bug can be reproduced
2.All I do is to log on to the Conan Exiles website to try to get in the game
3.When I do I get a server mismatch message and it automatically matches the mods then reinitializes the game
4.When the game finishes logging in, I get a 'Failed to respond message from the server and when I check on the steam server list for conan exiles I see a ‘Not responding’ message

Hey @marauder6307

Welcome to our community.
You mention this is happening with mods installed. Could you test if this issue happens when having all mods disabled and joining a vanilla server?
If it doesn’t happen, it’s most likely caused by an out of date mod.

I just tried to log on to a vanilla server and got a server not responding msg again. also, I have a laptop computer with conan exiles on it and it has no problems logging on even with all mods up and working. I think it had to do with a windows 10 update. I had no problems before that update.

I found the problem, it was my old antivirus program that was causing it. once I removed and installed a new antivirus program, that solved the problem. thanx for your assistance in trying to help me.

Glad to hear you found the culprit. Thanks for keeping us updated.
Just in case it can help other players in a similar situation in the future, what AV software was causing this issue?
