Healing items do not heal

Type of issue: Bug
Server type: PvE
Region: EU

Using health items, healing wraps and aloe extract are the ones I’m using right now, and they only work like 25% of the time.
No status effects, both in and out of combat. Honestly they seem to work more often when I’m bleeding or poisoned. Used from inventory. Used from hotbar. Used from alchemy bench. Used from chest. Health not moving.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Take damage.
  2. Use health item.
  3. Nothing happens except an animation.
