Hi there i have been healing first even in TSW back in the day … so when i heard of the rebalance i poured right in and built some healing gear that was somewhat corresponding to what i put together on live . Once that was done i started to rest the build adjusted to 100 percent Heal AA and there surprise the adjustment did not exactly take as my heal power , with heal talismans and all specific signet to boost output landed me with 439.7 Heal power; As a reminder the heal power on my heal build on the live server while being lower in IP turns out to be 1820 at 100 Percent healing and no combat power whatsoever since healers are not supposed to hit anything.
I decided to go on an test further and went to egypt to get some dates (one way for healers to test how effective a build is). I was joined by someone that wanted to run the test as well … she eats the dates and i start healing … builder builder builder but … no crits … with 47.5 crit rating and 147 Crit power! Something is defnitely off ! I would strongly suggest to inspect what is going on and what is happenning regarding AA’s modification of heal power as well as the capacity to crit of healers in such conditions.
I went to check this as well, and i crit just fine with AR. What weapon were you using?
I would have to change my client to see my Combat Power and Healing Power on live for a somewhat geared healer, but for the time being i went and checked on a very small character, and he does have combat power at 100% Healing AA.
As for the actual value of the Healing Power, I think the patch notes mentioned that the power of said value has changed, so it better keeps up with the healing needed for a dungeon. This could easily mean that the value we look at, will be smaller than the one on Live, as long as it is appropriately more powerful per value. Hope that last part made sense

I’m “the other person” who ate the dates, this is how my Healing Power looks with IP 1070 (all red level 1 gear)
My basic heals for 144 (x2 targets) + a HoT for 1/second, power move is 3x450 (+300% on self). We also went into an E8-10 HR where I was taking 7k/attack out of a pool of 50k-70k hp depending on CDs and iindie was pretty nearly keeping up with blood/fist and E17 gear.
Seems like a fairly weak result for overgearing it so much. Since a healer is supposed to keep up wearing roughly lvl1 reds at that E level. Or was it all with you tanking without any defence/evade glyphs?
