Health / blood effect bug

When logging in it shows my health being at halfway the blood effect on screen, taking a piece of armor off or using an item that regenerates health fills the meter all the way up immediately but the blood effect stays. The only way to make it stop is to damage myself to at least halfway then heal myself to full. It would be nice to have an option to turn the effect off as well since some people don’t like effects stuff on their screen.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.log in
2.use healing item/remove armor piece to heal
3. Damage self to half health
4. Heal using normal means

Same issue, but I can’t seem to clear it every time. Sadly, I’ve grown accustomed to running around with it for hours on enc

Same here. Usually happens when I log off outdoors, but sometime it happens when I log off indoors also. Sometimes it takes more than one regenerating item before health responds and corrects itself.
