I’m not a professional at this. I wanted to set different construction mods, emotions, and decorations to build a town.
something went wrong and I started getting an error.
I deleted the mods. reinstalled the game. I tried to install them again.
I tried to find the installation procedure in each mod’s workshop…I didn’t find anything.
Please help me with the mod order and deal with the error…
This probably won’t solve everything, because I don’t recognise some of the mods you are using, so can’t be sure what order some of them need to go. However, I can tell you a couple of key pieces of information -
firstly, in order to be running LBPR_Collision_Update_Add_On, you need to also be running the main LBPR mod - you can find that here - Steam Workshop::Less Building Placement Restrictions - v7.5.3 or by searching for LBPR in the workshop.
Secondly, I would suggest moving LBPR additional features (the one you are running already) to the bottom of the list and then putting LBPR below that.
I presume that you have made sure that all of the mods you are using have been updated recently and have not been discontinued? And that you have read each of the pages on the workshop for each of the mods that you are using?
I assume you are trying to build on the Savage Wilds map, and not Exiled Lands or Siptah? (Since Savage Wilds advises not to have the mod active if you are not using that map.) (If you are only running Savage Wilds so that you can use Shima’s Compendium, that page notes that the mod can be used on any map and does not require Savage Wilds - though you would probably have to use admin commands to access some of the features if not on Savage Wilds.)
From my experience, I’d say Northern Timber is unlikely to be a problem, and I’m currently running Savage Steel, so that also should be ok. But it does depend on what some of the other mods are doing - there may be some unexpected interaction with some of the mods I’ve not seen. Emberlight should also be good, but does modify more base game tables than Northern Timber or Savage Steel, so could be more likely to encounter a conflict.
I hope that helps for a start. Someone else may have some other ideas.
