Mod List help. After adding a few and then correcting the load order, I cant stop getting errors

So essentially I had this Dedicated server up and running with no issues for a bit. I finally decided to add some more mods as I start to get my friends involved and now I am having a mod conflict.

It is strange cause I put everything in mod order now and am using the dedicated server Launcher.

It is running into many many many issues with finding files, and spawn tables over and over and no one can get in the server now. I did a complete wipe to see if that would resolve it and nothing.

I made a google sheet that actually makes it easy for me to drop in and out mods but not sure exactly what went wrong. Before I had AoC at the top under pippi and knew the mod order was wrong so now that its sorted correctly it amazes me that I have so many issues when before i had none.

All of these are the most recent from teh steam Workshop and the only things I added were marked in bold. I did try removing many even sections to no avail. So I am guessing it is the mod order but like I said thought this was done correct when following a guide for correct orders and most of this worked before when just tossed in at random vs a correct order
example of random is AoC was near the top. I had almost the reverse order than what was considered correct load order and had 0 issues that way.

I have removed Exiled Lands Improved, All in the building Objects section, All in Map Mods, Forgotten Lands, Sudio Exiles, roleplay redux, and Rp Basics With no avail to solving this. Which leads me to thinking my mod order could be the issue. Anyone got any issues similar or advice to solve this?

So just made a copy of the google sheet and deleted all mods I added to see if I could narrow it down. It is most definitely the mod order cause the issues remain.

Here are examples of the many errors all very similar to each 2 lines of error strands just as different items/enemies

As you can see much of it is the spawn tables and log data tables along with just finding the items in general

The mod order works from top to bottom.
If a mod is loaded and alters the game files, the next mod in the list that tries to load will find the files in the state that loading the first mod left them in.

What does this mean? It means that the very last (bottom) mod on your mod list has the HIGHEST priority and the top one has the LOWEST. Why? Because all mods loaded after that have the possibility of overwriting content changed by that.

Otherwise a lot of mods simply do not care about load order. Mods that just add things to the game generally won’t care where they are unless you have a problematic mod on your list.

What do I mean by problematic?..
Mod authors are hobbyists, they’re not necessarily professional programmers (some are) or in some cases not even decent IT users. They’re simply ordinary people who downloaded the devkit and then through lots of googling / help in various discord servers managed to throw something together that does what they sort of wanted to do.
As such, not all of them follow best practices and not all of them consider compatibility with other mods.

If a mod author doesn’t follow best practices they could for example make simple mistakes like accidentally saving things into their mod that they did not intend (causing overwrites of things their mod doesn’t even work with) or “freezing” assets in their current state.
For example in the case of a data table if the mod author doesn’t use the proper tools to “add” their stuff to the existing table and instead they provide a complete table with their stuff already added that will negate the changes to that table of any other mod loaded before or even things added by Funcom in a newer patch

Why am I typing all this?
Basically to give you an idea that not all mods are alike just because they are on the workshop and when you add new ones it’s generally a good idea to test in single player first to see if it works with all the other ones you already have.
But also to make you aware that sometimes certain mods are just badly made and you might go down some very futile rabbithole trying to make it compatible with the rest when it simply isn’t by design

As for the log you provided, that doesn’t really tell anything important
Warnings you can generally ignore, the logging by default is set to way more verbose than it should.
Your log lacks any actual point of failure though so a crash or an error (which again won’t tell you much), but the information immediately before that point might give you a clue.

Based on the information above though I’m sure you can construct your own load order properly.
Typically start with things that add a LOT of stuff some of which you might later want to change with other mods.
You have a couple of my interface mods there as well, those are not dependent of a load order
they will work fine regardless of where you put them
And basically put the ones which you want the final change from close to the bottom. A typical example is skin / warpaint etc conflicts since your character can only have one skin
and there are several mods that may alter that
as such you would put the one you want to take priority at the bottom of the list.

Hope that helps :stuck_out_tongue:
Good luck!

I could be wrong but Don’t you need
“modcontrolpanel” to operate “Fashionist” and “less building restrictions”?

Only to change settings.

Thanks for confirming and just tried it again after waking up real late. Waited about 10 minutes and it all loaded with no issues.

Guessing all those errors are normal and comp just needed a good shut down for memory wiping.

Holy cow thats a long modlist. Youre gonna have to add one at a time until you find it.
