I wonder if there is some way to run automatic in this game. The map is very large and the constant movement is making my hand very sore. I wonder if there is a way to run automatically, I believe to avoid future tendinitis. Thank you very much in advance 
just press num lock and your character will walk automatic 
Numlock, and what I do is press numlock, then shift (to sprint), then I (i) to open and close the inventory and your character will continue sprinting until you press a directional key or numlock to stop him.
You do run out of stamina but that’s better than continually holding and releasing shift for me.
I don’t like pressing shift a lot because of my pinkie getting cramped up from grinding in Black desert for so long =P.
