So i recently had some trouble uploading data and got an older save game of mine from my previous map and had all of my older stuff and i was very suprised to see when i looked through em that there was a crossbow!?
I never knew crossbows were a thing in the game so this is probably in fact a dumb question but
is this a mistake? or has this been here and i have just been blind.

Crossbows are not implemented into the normal game, but can be admin spawned.
So because im the admin i have the blueprint for it?
Its strange because i made it and i am just holding something invisible.

Since its an older game file the game kinda just unlocked all recipes for me so yeah i also have all weapons and armor so guess ima just have tk start iveron the map again

Crossbows were a normal weapon in Early Access. When the game left early access and they introduced the new combo system, they never got around to giving Crossbows their own set of combos. Rather than having them as a simple weapon compared to bows (which at the time had a 3 attack light combo), they removed them from the game as a normal weapon.
Saves from before then may still contain them. You can also spawn them in under some circumstances.
