Hello, would love if possible for reimbursement for the shop coins for my purchase or a fix for helping me reclaim this missing item I purchased. Need some type of help on this

Situation :
On 5/13/2026 I have recently purchased a bundle on the store using the in-game store. I received a notification it was in my inventory but I saw nothing in my inventory with the bundle I purchased.
Tickets I submitted on funcom/support

I also did a in-game /petition for help on this as well.
