Help, trying to host a private server for friends

so i have try to host a private server for a friend and i get this message
“Error! App ‘443030’ state is 0x602 after update job.”

few things to note, i have a few mods that we want to use, second thing i follow this video around the 1:29 is where he tells you to update with that command and after loading i get that error

I don’t want to use the standar Co-Op because i don’t like the restrictions that it comes with, if there any way to host a 2 person server without the Co-Op features i would like to know that very much
