HELP! UNABLE to tame greather hyena pet. Taming BUG PC

Bug Description:

No able to tame greather (aplha) hyena pet.
Each time it dissapears from pen (regular version hyenas are fine).
Tried several times (in single player mode too). Tried all tiers of pen. All types of food.
Each time if greather variant appears - pet just dissapears leaving slot empty.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Build any type of animal pen.
  2. Put hyena puppy in to animal pen.
  3. Put shadespiced raw stringy meat or else favourite food in to animal pen.
  4. Wait for taming complete.

Shadespiced meals aren’t a guaranteed greater pet. I think the highest % chance from shadespiced meals is 30%. So unless you are saying you’ve tried like 10 times and nothing, then this isn’t a bug.

Well thats the problem, PET just dissapears from pen.
Example: put 5 puppies in to pen, when taming complete only 3 left inside the pen (regular hyenas), 2 just poof, vanish (i believe those 2 supposed to be alphas)
Tried this 10 times, ONLY regular version of hyena stays in the pen, other candidates just vanish at the end of training.

The server is pvp. Is your animal pen in the wild? If so, anyone can pass by and take the pets out.

Asking as a once and future horse thief. :innocent:

Nothing, pen inside the base. No 1 can loot it, tried with other animals, everything ok, regulars and greather variants depends on %, but with hyena case its seems just impossible to get alpha.
Tested in single player (for time saving). 10 pens x 5 puppies.
Result: only regular ones survive taming procedure, other slots just empty. Got 39 basic dogs and 11 empty slots.
