ive purchased premium time for my account,
it went through as billing my bank but it doesnt work in game and on account page it says its valid from time of it purchase for 30 days

i really need some help with this, 3 days pass and still stuck with this payment pending, what is wierd i first bought some FC Points pack and it went through, but this premium sub time didnt, so @AndyB or any other community manager or GM could take look into this?
hmm another 3 days and nothing, payment is still stuck in pending process, anyone that can help with it?
is there really noone that sort this stuff out here?, its nearly 2 weeks since i payed for premium time and its half of it gone and i still dont have any benefits of it, …
They take a loooooong time to reply I always use PayPal to sub or buy points as it always goes through

but now on account page in the tab there, it says failed… money billed from bank, now no answer and now 2 weeks past it and still nothing - i got none of time of premium that i made this purchase for - niether answer from CS and my money is where… i cannot do anything about it other than make dispute with claims for not delivering good of trade that i paid for - but i know they, FC bans for it? why you ban for it when your GameMaster side with one of players group on Fury - and he plays game for what to? go make and sort your stuff you go to work for or something, and if you have negatiev standing with online transactions providers - dont offer stuff you dont give and take money, f ske…
Make a petition in-game with the ticket ID you did from the funcom site, GM should help quicker 
ok i did as you told me - for the hint with recieving help,
GM deleted my petition and erased payment from ledger on page there,
i dont see scent of premium sub and my cash i gave for it as well,
what should i do? i took them more than half of month to get even response - and it was due forced attempt on it, so do i let it go? - i mean money worth of 1 month of premium subscription?
Make new petition, explain you are missing premium time due to the issue, GM will credit it for you
Make ticket on website and send ref on petition also
I used paypal I recently bought the expansion & a subscription, the game is great 
I did read these issues on the forums before, i feared it when i payed for the service, but I got lucky, so I can only say that paypal worked for me
I just paid for membership yesterday, and am still “Pending”. What a waste of my time; all other MMO’s give you instant access once you pay. What is the delay with AOC??
