Hello Funcom,
I have bought 12 month subscription, payment is in “pending” state, the transaction has not cleared completely. The game time itself have been accounted, but the Funcom points, and claim items days in store were not added to the account.
I have started an official ticket with the issue and details with number [Funcom #1240549] on 2024-11-04.
Please inform me, when can I expect a fix for the problem, and proper accounting of the purchased items.
