My hero level is showing 0 and it doesn’t go up. I was 21 yesterday. Anyone else having that problem?

Out of all the bugs I’ve read about, this is the only one I’ve encountered. I’ve played two games for about 20 hours each and it’s happened both times. Going to be really hard to keep going without answers. I’ll probably nerf combat and pump up resource values so I can get back to level easily and then reset them, but this is a fatal flaw for me if not fixed soon.
It’s happened in low 20s, level reverts to zero, xp is whatever divided by -1, feats show actual points spent and -what’s spent as available and all feats reset to start. Haven’t noticed if xp accrues.
I should add that nothing I noticed triggered it. I noticed when I went to build a bed and didn’t have it available.
I started the game over again. No point of continue when you get no points to use or upgrade.
