It would be bloody nice not to have to try and google everything in your game! Seriously please write proper descriptions for stuff in game or put out tutorial videos of new items explaining them and the perks from an official source.

A guess (and that’s all it is) would be less weight than an otherwise comparable item.
I think it’s a reasonable guess, I’ll have to look at that closer, thanks for your input.
They have always been able too… The thing is, you cannot drag them on the bow. Just eqip the bow and USE the arrors…
I always changed my arrow types like that. Never knew you can drag’n’drop them.
