What’s the horn and drum noises near the south end of bridge of the betrayer?

Is there some event/encounter nearby that the sound is indicating?
The sounds go away if go more north.

Could be someone’s thralls stationed at the Stygian War Horn and War Drum.

Haha yup. Some clan setup a shack that just has Stygian horn and drums lol

I’m on that same server and that clan has set up those drum shacks outside various large bases around the highlands. Hopefully, they never visit any other biomes.

I only found that one because I use that handy map room at the guns base there south of bridge

Hmm, I never really considered that thralls stationed on horns and drums can be used to harass other players, it may not be their intention, but it definitely could be used as such, it might be wise of Funcom to add a timer on thralls stationed at noisy instruments, or give players an option to mute other players noisy thralls

During an exciting time down in Panama, constant playing of music was used as a component of psy-ops extensively. This was several decades ago.

Also, obnoxious noises can also be used as masking noises, to cover less subtle approaches.
