Game mode: [Single-player)] Type of issue: [Bug] Server type: [PvE] Region: [ON the line of D4 & D5]
[i parked my horse and some suplys in its inventory at D4 & D5 location is the exit from the draggs dungeon, i walked/run back to the entrence of set dungeon and completed it, after i exit the dungeon i expected my horse because i parkt it there!! no horse no stuff all gone, and before you ask no the horse did not die, it was in a spot where no enemy’s patrol or spawn. my guess here, sins it was on singleplayer the map unloaded and deleted my horse when i entered the dungeon, therefore when i exitted the dungeon my horse was gone, dead, vaporised whatever you call it. please fix this bug its annoying to say the least.
*i know i can spawn it all back in, because its my singleplayer game, but still if i have to do this every time i leave my horse behind… its going to get boring and well just fix this please.

ehm… no i just made him stop follow, so i was kinda “pissed” and loged off, so you say there is a chance when i walk/run to my base, the horse will be standing there? then again i never made him stand guard there either… so how would that work, never mind horse is not going to be there either “probably”. but thx for saying this next time i’ll set them on guard.
ok i stand corrected, should have checked first if the horse did not teleported home! then again i had no idea this was a thing.
i can safely say sorry to waste your time, the horse was waiting on me, back home next to the stable he grew-up in… beside the sturdy talk i had with him for LEAVING me behind, i was happy to see him and the inventory
I’m glad you found your faithful steed. Just a heads up that this is the case with all followers. The last place that you tell them to stand and guard becomes their “home”. That will persist across server restarts, etc. But if you just tell them to stop following you, they go into a “scouting” mode. They’ll hang out for a while, but after a certain amount of time their “go home” AI kicks in and they’ll return to the last place they were guarding.
When you’re out and about with your thrall, pet or mount, it’s always a good idea to have them “guard” where you’ve dropped your bedroll. That way if you die and something goes sideways, you’ll know where to find them. Remember to reset their home position back at your base when you’re done causing mayhem in the world. (If you die, they’ll hang out near your corpse for a while, but after some period of time, they’ll return “home” … ten minutes, I think?)
