Help with horse needed!

[Hey guys I need help. I’m on ps4 I’m playing single player . I had my horse at home and I took my archer with me to fight far away. I died when I respawned home my horse is gone I checked the event log it said the horse returned home but that’s the last place I left it to guard. I even still hear the horse noise where I left it . Is this a bug it’s a very high level horse dont wanna lose it :’( ]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.leave horse at base
2.leave area with archer thrall
3.die then respawn on bed
4.horse is gone

If you’re playing single player, make yourself admin. Then you can use ghost mode to check and see if it’s under the mesh.
