Is there a way to see if my Horse has died?

I of course got stuck in a sticky situation and was killed by a 3skull boss. My horse was with me, ChonkyBoi. He was not anywhere near my dead body when I went back, I’m 100% certain of where I had him guard last and its been over an hour and he hasnt returned. I checked the event log, it shows your thrall has returned home, but when I go there hes not there. Playing with a couple of other friends, made sure I was looking at my stuff not theirs. Please help.

Also obviously he is replaceable. I’ve just gotten attached.

Sensitive girl I am. I actually cried. So please be nice…

If it has returned home, it is maybe somewhere else and not where you thought it was guarding last? It would say horse was killed by x.

Okay so I restarted the game and he popped up where I was waiting for him. Lol I knew I placed him to guard there!!!
