How can I get the Seed of Evil DLC on PS4?

Should be out today right? Why cant I find it anywhere on the playstation store? The game downloaded an update but I dont know how old that is cause I havent turned on my PS4 in a while… Was specifically waiting for today to finally check out the new dlc… aaaand nope… cant get it. Am I missing something?
