Mutant Year Zero:Seed of Evil Dlc not working(Steam Pc)

I have recently bought seed of evil and on steam it says installed. It shows the game updating ect but when I launch the game and go to Eden and beat the game. Going through the cutscene and credit it just boots me back to the menu wth no option to launch seed of evil. I see that in playthroughs the menu is changed to seed of evil but mine still shows eden. I have reinstalled the game and have played through the whole game again and yet still the dlc does not start.

NEED HELP!!! PLZ!!!
