Even with the mod for leveling up to 1000, I still can’t learn all the items in the knowledge tab. Is there a way to learn everything?

you can kill bosses for fragment of power. that is a useable item that give you points to learn ability´s. on siptah they are quite common
Fragments of power give you 10 knowledge points when consumed. Tablets of Power - 60

Hi there TOXIC. While it is possible to learn around ~95% of Knowledge in the tabs, certain items cannot* be learned. For example, some items may require the purchase of speific DLC packs or the Isle of Siptah map. Meanwhile others such as the Atlantean Sword and Royal Armor, were only available as pre-order bonuses when purchasing the game. Then there are other items such as the Wartorn Rhino, which offered as a reward for players who participated in early access testing. Finally, some items such as the Watchers sets were a promotional item obtained by watching a Twitch event.
So while you may be able to obtain the vast majority of Knowledge items, you will not be able to obtain every last one of them. I hope that this has been helpful.
