I understand I’ve hit my limit for attribute points, but what about knowledge points, how do you continue to gain those, or do you?
And a related question, what’s the point to xp after 60? Any?

Use a Fragment of Power, it will give you 10 knowledge points.
After learning the Tablet of Power recipe, combine 5 Fragments into a Tablet and use it for 60 points.

Before just using them all to gain knowledge, know that they have another use.
You can turn them in at a shelf near the original Map Room in the unnamed city. That will teach you a new recipe for a weapon, Tablet of Power, Fast Elevators, etc. There are a finite number of recipes obviously, so once you know them all, they have no use there anymore.
Second, you can just use one directly to gain knowledge points. The Tablet of Power I mentioned is a recipe learned from turning them in as noted above.

I think i have ONE character that has learned everything.
On that server i save the rest for clanmates and future use. Future use being if Funcom adds more recipes that require it.
Some weapons and armor? require it? Not sure id have to check.
Funcom removed Fragments of Power from most recipes that required them. The only ones that still do are weapon oils, Bindings of the Dead, Essence of Rot, and the 14th upgrade for the Tome of Kurak.
