How do you read notes after collecting them?

I accidentally closed a couple of notes before I finished reading them. How do I go back to them?

If you open the Inventory screen and click on the Backpack you can re-read old notes you’ve picked up. You can also re-read descriptions of the Artifacts you’ve picked up in the backpack as well.
