How to find out the IP address of the server

I want to add new servers to battlemetrics.com but for this I need to know the IP address of the server. This is the question. How to find out the IP address of the server?

I was able to find some by direct connecting in order like
45.35.98.80:28000 is server 6153. I was trying to find 6152 but 52 is out of order so i was got 28100,200,300 and they are 55,56,57 i’m pretty sure. I dont know how to sniff them out anymore though.
