Hi, I have a character on Oceana server 1965. For months my base and character has been getting raided by hackers. My character had its knowledge points raided and learnt knowledge has been removed. I have been trying to raise a ticket for months now but get told when I try to submit one through the game that I have to report in the forums. Does anyone know how to ask Funcom to fix this character? The character cannot re-learn anything unless the knowledge cost is zero. It has not been able to do anything but keep a shell of a base from decaying for months and months.
