Lost Character on Official

Installed a new copy of windows months ago and didn’t play ever since, I login today and since I forgot which server I play on, I can’t find my character and the “Character Level” column shows nothing. How do I get help and contact Funcom since I was playing on an Official server?

Yet if you were participating in a server that was merged, or you close the timer cycle before your toon decays, then you probably lost your toon. Still give it a try m8, you never know , good luck.

I submitted a ticket and no response whatsoever so far, so I had to login each server one by one till I found my character.
Funcom’s customer support being one of the worst ever is something and not saving the players’ favorite servers in the DB is another which is just ridiculous. #Constructive_Criticism
