How to purchase Patron?

I’m running the game via Steam and I see no option anywhere to purchase Patron. How do I purchase Patron now?

There should be an icon in upper left corner of screen that opens a page with patron bonuses and a button that links to the purchase page.

This should be accessible in game.

Aah. I was looking at the 12 month patron bundle, which is no longer possible to purchase via Steam. The monthly subscription option is still there.
