Hurricane Florence's Impact on Customer Service

As many of you know, our Customer Service Staff resides in North Carolina. Hurricane Florence is barreling towards us with reckless abandon. Presuming the storm maintains its current course, we will likely be prevented from doing our jobs for a bit.

I’m sorry for the lack of responses we will provide during this time. We’re going to focus on keeping ourselves and our loved ones safe and sound during the storm and its aftermath. If you have questions, you can feel free to submit then normally and we’ll do our best to respond as quickly as we can. Please, as always, provide as much information as you can in your ticket and we will do everything we can to help you.

We have survived the Hurricane. Many of us were without power at various parts of the weekend. Thankfully, it seems everyone is intact. Except for @AndyB. He’s always a little outside of tact. We’ll be spinning up our Customer Service Staff this morning and start digging into your requests. We’ll be doing our best to respond and make up for our lost time.
