How does your story start and where does it go?

Hyborian Slavers: Lost Colonies and Slavers of Siptah

Mixed RP/PVE server with custom slavery and profession systems, and rich PVE content: EEWA, customised Ancient Sorcery, “4000 spawners worth” of admin content. Builder friendly (no wipes), beginner and neurodiverse friendly.

New arrivals Exiled Lands arrive in the starter town and can (optionally) learn the basics, beginning as a slave, citizen, or outsider. Custom Conan Lore with an (OOC) friendly community and adorable admin team. OOC consent is respected, ERP is optional and is kink / trans friendly.

The HS world is a seamless cluster across two maps with shared global chat. Start with optional level 30 boost, build and gear kits.

Our update after a week:

  • Player Market is open, for players to sell goods to others
  • Player jobs are available in the three capitals, paying per shift
  • Blackjack added to some of the taverns :slight_smile:
  • First slave auction of 2023 is at the weekend!

April Update, and a lot has changed:

Hyborian Slavers got so busy we’ve upgraded to a cluster, now on two 70 slot servers. Exile Lands and the Lost Colonies (Savage Wilds map). Slave auctions are doing a brisk trade!

We have also added Shima’s Compendium, so Druidcraft and Arcane Machinations are available.

The player crime and bounty hunting systems are up and running, so players can become (or hunt) criminals.

And finally, we have added Multichar, so each player can have up to two characters.

Hi, I’ve been attempting to join the Hyborian servers looks like a good time, yet I’ve been having a loading in issue wherein the assets install then app reboots to give me the ‘loading into server’ textbox which appears to in a perpetual state without loading in. I let it sit there for 20 minutes, tried it on my other computer, and tried it without firewall active so I’m confused as to how I can access the Hyborian Conan (Exiled Lands) server.

Ah, I’m really sorry I missed this, did you join the discord and get it sorted? If players have connections issues, we’ll support via discord - send us the log file and we can usually figure out what’s wrong.

Hyborian Slavers has just moved hosts to a 100 slot, Ryzen 9 based server we are super happy with, now high performance with low lag PVE content.

Hyborian Slavers

The world of Hyborian Slavers is a vast place caught in an unstable age. The civilizations of man dominate much of Hyboria but the known world does not extend far beyond the borders of these human kingdoms. In the vast expanses of the uncharted oceans or the impassable forests, forgotten caverns and secluded vales, pockets, communities, perhaps even entire nations of peoples unfamiliar to mankind yet linger. In some places, the vaults of the elder races open once more as human encroachments on their refuges drive them to action. Elsewhere human scholars and sorcerers pursue the magical arts for power, for longevity, for beauty, for wisdom, stirred on by observed exemplars in one or many of these traits to such a degree they could scarcely be conceived of as human… perhaps they never were.

We are at the edges of the known world, as human expansion and exploration pushes the charted limits of maps ever further, it may be more likely to encounter myths… or to write your own.

ABOUT US

Hyborian Slavers has been running for over six years, our aim is to be there long after other servers, where builds persist, where PVE and endgame can go on a long long time and roleplay communities can find a long term home. We have a huge about of custom content and straightforward no-faff mechanics and system.

Players can choose to play as thralls, be traded between other players as part of the Slavery System. Alternatively, the vast majority of our PvE content is SFW. Kink and exposure to related themes is entirely opt in.

Our admin team has been consistent for the last several years. Our goal is for you to have fun, and to build systems, custom content, and bespoke narratives for you to enjoy. There is a ton of content for almost all stripes, and it is all optional. Engage with it as much or as little as you like and remember, we’re approachable and around if you need us!

We run Savage Wilds and Siptah maps together, with server transfer so your character can come and go with ease. We also have a lot of mods, including cosmetics and outfits, plus ones that add new mechanics (all in our Modlist).

SPECIAL FEATURES

Expanded Lore & RP Features

  • A custom melding of Conan Exiles Lore with some of our own flavor. An expanded race list, magic options, and a revised RPR system designed to facilitate a wide variety of characters and creations.

Custom EEWA Implementation (SW Only)

  • A complete overhaul of the EEWA progression route featuring dozens of new quests, alternate progression routes, and integration to wider PvE content.

Builder Friendly (Both Maps)

  • A high building limit with additional means of increasing beyond the starting 5,000 piece limit in-game.

Slavery System (Both Maps)

  • Mechanics for character-character ownership, transfer, etc. Features additional progression/RP mechanics through a layered game economy, tasks, and NPC assistance.

Defeat & Surprises System (Both Maps)

  • Optional Opt-In Slaver/Bandit/Monster/Trader/Wanderer encounters in the wild as well as from defeat in various NPC camps around the world. Anything from secrets for the curious to temporary captivity, servitude, or other outcomes lay in wait.

Custom Magic System (Useable on Both Maps, learnable on SW)

  • 60+ completely custom quests built around the Ancient Sorcery magic system with an in-house twist.

Guild, World, Kink, & Narrative Quests

  • 400+ custom quests from a half dozen organizations, random encounters, short storylines, major figures and more are spread about the world. Some will be easy to find, others will require you to explore and investigate to discover.

Active Admin Development

Our Admin team has a chronic obsession with telling stories, building new dungeons, fleshing out new content, revisiting and fixing old content, refining our systems such as RPR, and more besides.
