t4 hyborian armorers such as Joka Ironfist from Black Hands NPC or Diana Steelshaper from Sepermeru don’t have recipe for flawless Hyborean Slaver armor sets for Armorer’s Bench and Improved one as well.
Is this intended? or bug?
