No flawless recipes for DLC armor or weapons

Just bought DLC on steam.
I have a T4 armor and T4 blacksmith.
There are no Flawless recipes for the DLC only the default armor and weapons.
Also noticed that my T4 armor (Legendary Armorer) does not have the flawless hyena armor recipe either.
I tried swapping out the T4’s with a T3 but there are no exceptional recipes either.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.build armor bench.
2.place T4 thrall
3.notice no DLC flawless recipe

Are you doing it on an Improved Armorers Bench?

I’m not at level 60 yet.
I’m not talking about the epic flawless.
There are non epic flawless default armors recipes at the armorers bench and I found non epic flawless versions of the DLC armor in the admin panel.

Restarted the my single player game.
Everything’s there now.
